The Indianapolis office market finished 2016 with strong occupancy growth in the CBD, while the suburbs saw continued investment. Thanks to a burgeoning tech scene, downtown Indianapolis achieved more than 100,000 square feet of occupancy growth this year. This is the highest one-year total in more than a decade. Meanwhile, investment in suburban Indianapolis increased over previous years as several office properties traded hands.

INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 18, 2015 — Two tenants have signed leases at Chase Tower, 111 Monument Circle. John Robinson, Managing Director, and Adam Broderick, Executive Vice President, both of JLL, represented the landlord in the transactions. Industrial Team Leases 25,000-SF to Bakery Equipment Maker

As was reported in The Star earlier this week, our JLL Industrial team continued their recent streak of getting results for their investor clients, by successfully leasing a 25,300-SF space at Pinchal & Co.’s Park 100 industrial complex.

The new tenant is Reading Bakery Systems, a leading manufacturer of baking equipment for the food services industry. (Their automated dough handling system is pictured above.)

JLL’s Chip Barnes and Jake Sturman completed the deal.
