CoStar, the largest professional research organization serving the commercial real estate industry, has honored six JLL Indianapolis brokers with its 2015 Power Brokers designation. The Power Brokers award is given to the ten brokers with the highest volume of sales and leases in their respective cities in 90 markets throughout the U.S. JLL also received recognition as a Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales firm in the 2015 Power Broker awards.
JLL Indianapolis Power Brokers:
John Robinson, managing director of the Indianapolis office, and Vice President Kevin Gillihan were named to the 2015 Power Brokers Top Office Leasing list. Robinson represents a wide range of office investor services and tenant representation clients and oversees leasing for Keystone at the Crossing, a 1 MSF suburban office park; Chase Tower, a 1.1 MSF 48-story downtown Class A office building; and The Precedent Office Park, a 1.2 MSF suburban office park, among others.
Gillihan specializes in office leasing and tenant representation. Among his listings are Regions Tower a 685,612 square-foot Class A office building in downtown Indianapolis and River Road I and II, a 228,222 s.f. two-building portfolio in the Keystone Submarket.
JLL’s Steve Schwegman, Brian Seitz and Jake Sturman, all executive vice presidents, took top honors on the Industrial Leasing list. Schwegman oversees the growth of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice in Indianapolis. Seitz specializes in industrial property acquisition, disposition and leasing, as well as multi-market corporate services and tenant representation. Sturman works extensively with institutional, corporate and local clients.
For the third consecutive year, Executive Vice President Rebecca Wells was named a 2015 Power Brokers Top Sales Broker. Wells has been involved in investment sales, financing, structuring and negotiating of equity partnerships since 1994 and has been specifically focused on the disposition and capitalization of assets since 2001.
