INDIANAPOLIS, January 21, 2016 – Watkins & Shepard Trucking Inc., a Missoula, Montana-based operator of 1,500-plus truck trailers throughout the United States and western Canada, has signed a new lease for 51,681 square feet at 5220 West 76th Street in Indianapolis, also known as Building 71 in Park 100 business park and industrial complex.
JLL Senior Vice President Chip Barnes, SIOR, and Vice President Brian Buschuk represented Watkins & Shepard Trucking in the transaction. Tom Cooler of CBRE represented the landlord, FGD Park 100, LLC.
Located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport, the Park 100 business park provides tenants immediate access to I-465 and I-65.
