Kim Collins, a general manager in JLL’s Indianapolis office, was named the 2016 president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The chapter oversees the education and credentialing process for more than 300 local members in the commercial real estate profession. Collins has more than 12 years of experience in full service management of office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties. She also has a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM and was the CPM of the Year in 2014.
Kim is also the General Manger for a Healthcare portfolio in Central Indiana. In this role, Kim oversees all aspects of property management including staffing, personnel supervision, financial management and tenant satisfaction. Her portfolio includes traditional medical office space and surgery/procedural centers both on and off campus.
During her career, Kim has managed over 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial, flex, retail and medical product in the greater Indianapolis area. Prior to joining JLL, Kim served in property management roles with Duke Realty, REI Real Estate Services and ProLogis. In those capacities, Kim’s responsibilities included, but were not limited to staffing, financial performance and reporting, construction management, space planning, facilities and office services management, customer relations and assistance with leasing and tenant retention efforts.
