We are excited to share our colleague and friend, Kris Bjorson’s thoughts on Same-Day Delivery.  We believe his remarks echo our thoughts regarding Indianapolis being well positioned for future growth of E-commerce delivery and same-day delivery within the nine counties in central Indiana.

A number of our agency listings (see www.indianadistributioncenters.com),  both Class A new spec product and second generation space, will work very well to accommodate the needs of this quick subset of users of bulk industrial space.  The proximity to FedEX will be the key driver to increase demand for same day delivery.
