With more than 60,000 call center employees region wide, Greater Indianapolis is well known as one of the nation’s top markets for inbound and outbound “contact center” facilities.
At&T, Charles Schwab, Roche, Lockheed Martin, Brightpoint and Liberty Mutual are just a few of the many companies with major call center operations in the nine-county region.
Now, companies looking to establish their own call center here have a new opportunity for a state-of-the-art facility in the form of a 113,000-square-foot call center building in Fishers (photo above) recently put on the market for lease or sale by the JLL team of John Robinson and Denice Michel.
Located at 12115 Visionary Way near I-69 and 116th Street, the Class-B facility features 317 call center stations, a mix of adjacent offices and Herman Miller furniture.
