Large blocks of Class-A office space over 20,000 square feet have been in short supply in Indianapolis since 2011.
This shortage continues to spark demand for new construction with a speculative Class-A building now under construction in the Northeast submarket which started on the heels of an 81,000-square-foot Class-A spec project in Keystone.
The surplus of large Class B blocks is due to tenants upgrading to Class-A space around the Indianapolis market
