Always of interest to commercial real estate watchers in Indianapolis is the topic of market activity.
Our JLL team tracks every office prospect in the market to ensure we’re on top of every active deal. With large tracts of vacancies growing more scarce, it’s also good to know who is looking at what and why.
Currently, we’re tracking only 29 spaces available over 25,000 sq. ft. in all submarkets. We are also tracking 165 “deals in the market” with an average size of 6,500 sq. ft. and totaling 3.1M sq. ft. Topping that list of active deals are 15 prospects over 50,000 sq. ft. each.
