  • The Indianapolis Skyline consists of 12 Class A buildings, which represent 85.6 percent of Class A buildings in the CBD and 46.1 percent of the total office space in the CBD.
  • In 2012, the Skyline’s total vacancy reached 16.2 percent and made up 53.3 percent of all vacancy in the CBD.
  • Top leases signed in the Skyline in 2012 were JPMorgan Chase Bank (204,000 square feet), Ice Miller (128,000 square feet), US Attorney’s Office (44,000 square feet), and Indiana Department of Education (41,000 square feet).
  • The metro area has changed drastically in the past 30 years as nine Skyline buildings, or 4.2 million square feet, were built after 1980.
  • Owners include Hertz Investment Group, HDG Mansur Investment Services, REI Real Estate Services, and Commonwealth REIT.
